Personal data and cookies
What data we keep, why, for how long, who sees it, cookies, Google Analytics only with your consent, your rights.
What data do you keep about me and why?
Account data (e-mail, display name, the password as a fingerprint, date of birth, language, country), listings and photos, messages and their translations, offers, favourites, reports and decisions, technical logs. Each item, with its purpose, legal basis and retention, is in one table in the Privacy policy.
We do not sell data, we have no ads and we build no advertising profiles.
Who sees my data?
Public: display name, country, the "about you" text, listings with their photos, member since and reviews. Only you and the other person: messages. Only us: e-mail, date of birth, addresses, logs.
Providers working for us, in the EU or under the EU-US data protection framework: the server (Hetzner, Germany), message translation, e-mail sending, the payment processor when payment goes through the platform. Authorities receive data only when the law obliges us. The list is in the Privacy policy.
Which cookies do you use?
Strictly necessary, without consent: the session (30 days), the language (1 year), the light or dark theme (1 year) and your choice from the cookie banner (12 months). Without them the site would not remember that you are signed in or which language you want.
Statistics, only with your consent: Google Analytics (see the next question). Nothing for advertising. Details in the Cookie policy.
Do you use Google Analytics?
Yes, but it starts only if you tap "Accept" in the cookie banner; until then nothing is loaded from Google. It tells us how many visitors we have, which pages are read and on what kind of device, so we can make the site better. Its cookies last 2 years, the statistics data 14 months, the internet address is not stored. It is not used for advertising.

What rights do I have over my data?
To see what data we have (the copy from Settings, once the button is ready, or on request), to correct it (from Settings), to delete it (deleting the account), to take it with you (the JSON file), to object to some processing and to complain to the data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). Send requests from the Contact page; we reply within a month at most.
How long do you keep data after I delete my account?
The account is anonymised on the spot. We keep, as long as the law obliges us: reports and moderation decisions (3 years) and, if you sold with payment through the platform, the record of orders and payments and the tax data (tax retention periods). Technical logs are deleted after 30 days. The table with the periods is in the Privacy policy.
Can I upload photos in which other people appear?
Not if they can be recognised and you do not have their consent. Photograph the item, not the person wearing it; for clothes, crop the head out or use a hanger. If you appear in a photo in someone else's listing, report it with the reason "Personal data" and we remove it quickly.
Uploaded photos automatically lose their hidden data (where they were taken, the device), so nobody learns where you took them.
